Pilot program

Evaluate Axiom on your own cases

A pilot gives your team a direct answer to the most important question: how does Axiom perform on your records?

Axiom codes a selected set of real hospital cases, and your team compares the results with its existing coding. The pilot runs outside your production workflow, with no impact on live operations. You remain in control of the scope, the evaluation criteria, and the next step.

Choose the right starting point

Use Axiom in the way that best matches your priorities. You can test one workflow or evaluate several in parallel on the same set of records.

Identify missed coding opportunities

Axiom re-codes completed cases and highlights differences from the original coding.

For each difference, your team receives the supporting documentation, the coding rationale, and the applicable guideline. When the record supports a more specific or higher-severity code, the case can be reviewed before the opportunity is lost.

Give coders a prepared case to review

Axiom reviews the full medical record and produces a structured coding summary.

The summary includes the proposed codes, the supporting evidence, the rationale, and the relevant coding rules. Coders review, approve, or correct the result without having to reconstruct the entire case from the chart.

Clinical and coding judgment remain with your team. Axiom reduces the time spent gathering and organizing the evidence.

Automate a controlled scope

Start with a defined set of DRGs, departments, or case types where your team has the highest confidence.

Axiom codes those cases end to end, while your team measures agreement, quality, and operational impact. As performance is validated, the scope can be expanded progressively.

Start with a focused scope. Expand as confidence grows.

Two ways to run it

Your security team picks. Either way, no identifiable patient data leaves the hospital.
